This is the Hyde Park Hotel, one of my local pubs and one of the last live music venues in Perth.

They're obviously trying to promote the food side of the business and so they've had a spanking new sign made up, only there's something wrong with it. The second r in Barramundi has been blackened out. I imagine the conversation went something like this......

Employee "Here ya go boss, the new sign we just spent $500 on"
.
Boss "You idiot, you spelt Barramundi wrong!"
.
Employee "Oh shit, no probs I'll fix that"
.
and this is the end result
now hilarious as that stuff up would normally be and as hilarious as the attempt to correct it is - Ba ramundi - the space between the a and the r doesn't look conspicuous does it?! The most hilarious part is that as far as I can tell/remember from my chef days is that Barramundi IS actually spelt with two r's.
