The Good: its cheap...
The Bad: everything is deep fried with more than a dash of msg.
The Ugly: dogs, hedgehogs, turtles, rabbit whatever you want to kill, they will cook it.
The Very Ugly: Beer is only 3%, you cant even get drunk in this country without needing to stay near a toilet!

The Good: its cheap...
The Bad: towels the size of face washers, trying not to put your foot in the squatty toilet as you have a shower.
The Ugly: the 8am wake up calls as the proprieter tries to sell you a tour that you already said you dont want...
The Very Ugly: A mattress should be slightly softer than concrete...

The Good: its cheap...
The Bad: Buses over-taking on blind corners, the constant beeping of the horn, unfinished roads everywhere!
The Ugly: Locals smoking, spitting and vomitting all around us constently...
The Very Ugly: Bus stop toilets that consist of a trough and no doors and you get to see peoples poo float between your legs...
The Good: its cheap...
The Bad: Buses over-taking on blind corners, the constant beeping of the horn, unfinished roads everywhere!
The Ugly: Locals smoking, spitting and vomitting all around us constently...
The Very Ugly: Bus stop toilets that consist of a trough and no doors and you get to see peoples poo float between your legs...

The Sights

The Good: What sights?? we are the sights, people sneak photos or ask us to be in there photos... firecrackers are abundant and cheap...
The Bad: Locals constantly staring at us, then say hello when they are well past us or hidden by a tree. No, i dont want to buy another postcard, silver jewellery, hand made whatever...and yes, they all are very beautiful.
The Ugly: Did i mention the constant spitting? How can you enjoy a waterfall when someone hocks a loogey by your foot?
The Good: What sights?? we are the sights, people sneak photos or ask us to be in there photos... firecrackers are abundant and cheap...
The Bad: Locals constantly staring at us, then say hello when they are well past us or hidden by a tree. No, i dont want to buy another postcard, silver jewellery, hand made whatever...and yes, they all are very beautiful.

The Good: We have learnt a little bit, people like to say hello and please to meet you. Its fun matching up the chinese characters to make sure we are on the right bus.
The Bad: So we know a little bit, please dont speak at us so fast. If we cant understand chinese, people will draw the characters for us...What happened to charades and drawing pictures to help understand? Anyone can understand miming for toilet paper right???
The Ugly: Again, if we cant understand chinese, people just repeat it louder and louder closer to your face... love the spittle...
