3.3 million years old, her name is Selam and she's your oldest known hominid ancestor. Australopithecus afarensis is her species and she's approximately 100 000 years older than Lucy. Selam was recently uncovered in Ethiopia. And all of this is probably not that exciting to any of you but it is to me :o)
