Flicking through some old photo albums today and I found this clipping/review of a restaurant I worked in back in the 80's, Stephenies in Nedlands. It's actually quite hilarious reading. From the new managers dream of opening a Daiquiri Bar in the restaurant through to the outrageous price tag of $11.70 for a fillet steak.
David and I had some great times running Stephenies, it still is the highlight of all my cooking years.
