AVATAR

I promise no spoilers - safe to read on

Not that it would matter if I did spoil it for you (and I wont) because to be honest the storyline is definately second fiddle to some of the most mind blowingly amazing CGI you will ever see. It's rare that people applaud at the end of a film, I think I've seen it done maybe 3 times. Schindler's List, another I can't recall and now Avatar. This is an amazing cinematic experience, movie making just changed overnight dawg. Although at a cost of $500 million I'm not sure we'll see many quality imitations. Enough dribble, if you love an experience when you go to the movies then go see Avatar. Stunning, beautiful, incredible and a word that is better than those but just hasn't been invented yet, that's how I would describe it.

I worked out fairly early on in the film that you can't photograph 3D very well

Yep, even the credits were in 3D so fail photography again.

I'm pretty sure the people at the restaurant didn't find the 3D glasses as hilarious as we did.
