LIFE ON THE FARM

Currently staying on a working cattle station in the Pilbara called Bonney Downs. It's awesomely great here. The station owners have set up a small camp for people who work in nearby mines, tourists can stay here, anyone really. Everyones' money is as good as the next I guess. We get our breakfasts, lunches and dinners cooked for us, our rooms are up on a hill facing out across the eastern edges of the Chichester ranges and well it's just awesome....did I say that already? How awesome you ask....

Take this mornings sunrise for example, now that's pretty awesome

365 Days | Day 178

The station homestead is a conglomerate of buildings, including an old Nissen Hut and a log cabin....

It's a cattle station but it appears that they also farm white cockies....

We're staying here so we can excavate two nearby caves, the convoy heads out....

This caves a little small and cramped and it's been pretty shitty to work in, but we've found some cool stuff....
