It's always very cool to find something you weren't expecting too and I'm not talking about the aqueduct below, that's a different kind of find. I'm talking about when you're walking down the street wondering where to go or what to see next and you see a line of people walking into a small nondescript, yet old doorway. So you follow, you buy a ticket, you walk down some stairs and you see this....

oh and by the way, it's the Basillica Cistern, built by Emperor Justinian the 1st* after 532
*reading my guide book later that night he was called Jutinanus the 1st....oops
