After a few days of cheese burgers with American cheese (god that stuff is nasty but man it does taste good) we decided that we should eat something else and as we were in Vegas (did I mention that? Pics soon) we had a multitude of choices. We chose Shibuya at the MGM Grand. Fusion Japanese with some brilliant write ups. The restaurant looks awesome, very cool decor and the service, as was most of our service on this trip, fantastic. Unfortunately the food, whilst it looked spectacular, didn't quite make the grade flavour wise. It was well prepared and quality ingredients used, it just lacked that special something that comes with modern Japanese fusion cuisine.
But as you can see from the pics it was pretty to look at and with a few drinks we had a great time....
