yeah I saw it in lots of places, some cities are keeping them (for now) as they attract tourists and besides the more they remove the more they reappear lol
If I was on my other computer I'd send you some pics of the bridge - it's a *big* tradition in St Petersburg, and SPB is the wedding capital - I counted 13 in one day, that's on a random walk through the city.
