THE MEAL THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN

I have some odd neighbours, harmless but odd. The evidence of this oddness lay in this garden table setting in one of their yards. You can see it from the street, so no "what you doin lookin over their fence?" comments are necessary. Tablecloth, the best vintage crystal and plastic fruit adorns each place setting, yet no one will ever dine here... odd.
