TIME TO GO

So I did it, I left the place I have called home for my entire life (apart from a year in England and Italy). I'm leaving behind a lifetime of memories and friends, I'll be honest, it was rough. But it was simply time. I met and fell in love with an amazing person. She made the move over to Perth to live with me and everything was going great. Then my work started to change in all kinds of way (which I wont bore you with here), with the end result being I took voluntary redundancy. So what to do next?
Bye Perth
Arrivederci Perth
We decided that a change was needed and that change would be on the other side of the continent. In Ballarat, Victoria to be precise. My girls home town. This is the place she thrives in, the place that is so much a part of her. I just need to make it a part of me now. What I will do here I'm not really sure. I have ideas, I just need to investigate them. For the now though I'm gonna take a bit of a break from the workforce, be the stay at home boyfriend who cleans the house, cooks the meals and washes the clothes.

Oh and probably increase the blogging output. Lots of cool and new stuff to share from here. Stay tuned.

All the best to you and your lady, Stu. Perth has lost one of its most interesting - and interested - bloggers. But Ballarat has plenty of history and I look forward to you sharing it here.
I'm sure you would have noticed by now too that Ballarat's a much colder place. Knitting lessons on the agenda?
